HOW DO OUR GIFT VOUCHERS WORK?
— They are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. Non-extendable validity. The amount of the Gift Voucher is non-refundable.
— The gift voucher does not entitle you to a table/room without prior reservation.
— If the gift voucher includes a hotel night, the reservation must be made via mail to hotel@esperitroca.com, indicating the voucher code. For combined hotel and restaurant vouchers, please note that reservation for the restaurant are accepted up to a maximum of 90 days in advance.
— If the gift voucher is exclusively for a meal at Restaurant Esperit Roca, you can make the reservation directly from our website. Remember to indicate the voucher code.
— Please note that the recipient will not receive any emails related to their gift voucher.
