Cellar

At the heart of the Castle of Sant Julià de Ramis is a spectacular dome, which serves as a resting place for 80,000 bottles of wine, making it a unique and special cellar. This space, created in homage to wine by Josep Roca, becomes a natural cathedral of wine.

The contemporary dome becomes the entrance hall to Restaurant Esperit Roca, offering a welcoming full of meaning. The space symbolizes the path traveled during the 38 years of history of El Celler de Can Roca, manifesting itself as a cellar imbued with mysticism and elevated spiritual dimension.
